Cleaning machine servicing, repair and maintenance

There is a high likelihood that most of us have experienced a breakdown of equipment or machinery in our home or business at some point. It’s frustrating isn’t it when you get used to something that makes your life easier and it stops working But had you considered how inconvenient or detrimental to your business it would be if the piece of equipment that failed was one you consider essential to the day to day running of your business? On top of the failure you have the following problems to deal with too:

  • Who can we call upon to repair or maintain my machine?
  • How long will we be without our machine while it is being repaired?
  • What do we do until our machine is repaired?

Thought provoking isn't it! Whilst modern cleaning machinery is extremely reliable, all types of equipment benefits from a regular servicing and routine maintenance. Regular servicing and routine maintenance will extend the operational life, maintain performance, and helps to reduce the incidence of more costly breakdowns or repairs, but most importantly it protects the initial investment you have made in your cleaning equipment. Whether your call is of the utmost urgency or just a routine service, a fully trained engineer with a mobile workshop will be with you fast! Our aim is to be with you within 48 hours of the call-out being requested thus minimising any delay in repairing your cleaning machine. All of our servicing and repairs are carried out to the highest standards and our engineers constantly undertake extensive training programs to ensure that they are fully aware and able to repair and maintain the latest models of cleaning equipment. We carry an extensive range of parts and only use Genuine Karcher parts. We can also undertake repairs to most of the commercial cleaning machines currently available. Most parts are available from stock, but in the unlikely event that we are unable to facilitate a repair onsite, we will take your machine to our workshop and a FREE LOAN MACHINE of similar or better capability can be made available to you if required and subject to availability.

What is a Collection with FREE estimate?

When we undertake a collection with FREE estimate service & repair request we will arrange to have your machine collected via one of our own vans from any of the postcode areas above usually within 48 hours of you calling us. We can arrange collections from other areas using our national carrier service. Your machine will be delivered to our workshops where our fully trained engineers will evaluate your machine and provide a FREE estimate as to the likely cost of the repair. This estimate will include all labour charges, parts and the cost to return the machine back to you when it has been repaired. We will not proceed with any work until the estimate has been approved by you. If you do not wish to proceed with the repair we can either arrange for the disposal of the machine or return it to you for a small carriage charge at your discretion. From collection to return back to you typically takes 5-7 working days but external factors such as waiting for parts from manufacturers can sometimes make this longer.

What is an Onsite Callout?

As the name suggests, we will attempt to repair your machine at your premises. We have a dedicated team of engineers with vans fully equipped to repair your machine on the road. There is a minimum charge for this service of a callout charge plus a minimum of 1 hours labour for them to attend. In the unlikely event that they cannot repair your machine there and then, they will either revisit as soon as possible with any additional parts required or collect your machine and return it to our workshops for further work. You will only ever be charged a callout fee for the initial visit, subsequent visits will be free of charge (but still subject to our hourly labour rate).
We DO NOT charge mileage or fuel surcharges! Currently we can only undertake this service to the following post code areas:
If you operate outside of these post code areas, please still contact us, we may still be able to help.
